Join us for a 6-Week Virtual Group Hypnosis Program where we will be holding space for deep relaxation and sharing tools to support you in coping with stress. In this space, we will be sharing tools you can use to regulate your nervous system and connect back to your state of peace and calm and find clarity on the underlying cause of your stress. Hypnosis is a tool for personal empowerment and stress regulation.
